Please note we have box sizes on each bed images page. You can check that the sizes of the boxes will fit into your property to avoid any disappointment on arrival. However, the beds can be unpacked to make this easier but it’s always best to contact us to find out the sizes of the parts or the best way to do this. 

Delivery is Free and Fast to most parts of the UK within 7 Days. You will receive an email/text message after you have placed an order and the items are ready for dispatch (this is usually within 24/48hrs) to offer you a delivery on the day of your choice.

We require all customers to leave an up to date mobile number and an email address to take advantage of this service.

Lift Up Ottoman Storage Bed Frames are big and heavy and are outside the scope of most UK Couriers. We tend to use specialist furniture delivery companies to ensures you will receive your goods in perfect condition and in a timely manor. 

For peace of mind, your item will be delivered fully insured and would be exchanged Free of Charge in any rare case of damage. Please do not sign for the goods if they look or maybe be damaged as we will not be held responsible if the courier has a signed document which states the goods have been accepted in good condition.

Deliveries to following postcodes PA, KA, DG, FK, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, TD, TR, KW, BT, can take 7 – 14 days for delivery.
