During the pandemic we experienced issues with our logistics and delivery partners which had an huge affect on our customer service, this led to poor service from ourselves and our partners.

 

We deeply apologise for these errors and work with our loyal customers to fix any issues where possible. While also using your valued feedback to improve our services for immediate future.
